Hi, I’m Sam Smith

I work under the name, Smith & Co Naturopathic Medicine - the name symbolising the therapeutic partnership between practitioner and patient. The primary aim of my practice is to establish healing partnerships that nourish and empower individuals.

In addition to my naturopathic qualifications, I hold a Bachelor of Environmental Science and I have extended my interest in women's health by completing a Master of Women's Health Care. I’m a former lecturer and clinical supervisor and actively mentor recent graduates.

How I can help

I am a passionate advocate for women’s health preceding adolescence to beyond menopause.

I am genuinely interested in the events that lead you to my practice and how your health is affected by your environment - physical, social, and/or psychological.

I have a particular interest in investigating and supporting optimal gut health and uncovering the causes of fatigue.
