A comprehensive case history will be taken exploring your presentation in the context of your life including diet, work, relationships, exercise, and medications. There is a focus on multiple body systems during case-taking and treatments. Treatment modalities include herbal medicine, wholefood nutrition, and nutritional supplementation. In most cases, a maximum of 3 elements will form your prescription.
Please bring a list of current medications so potential herb/drug/nutrient contraindications can be investigated. If you have recent blood work or screening reports, please bring those as well.
48 hours' notice is required for cancellations to enable waitlisted patients to be notified.
A 50% cancellation fee applies for less than 24 hours' notice.
* Initial Consult (60-75 mins): $250
Review Consult (45-60 mins): $150
* Review consultation - Longer than 12 months since previous visit (60 mins): $200
Express Consult (15 - 30 mins): $95
*All forms of initial consultations and review consultations longer than 12 months require a 50% deposit.
Consultations are GST-exempt; prescriptions incur GST. Smith & Co accepts Cash and Mastercard, Visa, AMEX and debit cards via Square which incurs a 1.9% set by Square. Please note, afterpay is NOT accepted.
Currently there is no rebate available for Smith & Co's services, however this is scheduled to change in 2026. As soon as negotiations with Private Health Funds are finalised, this rebate will be available.
The clinic is at 9 Rosslyn Street, West Leederville, WA 6007. West Leederville Train station (Fremantle line) is metres away. Bus routes 81-85 stop on Cambridge Street, minutes' walk from the clinic. There is 2-hour free parking on Rosslyn Street and at West Leederville Shopping Centre underground carpark. Enter this carpark from Cambridge Street, obtain a free ticket, stroll through the boom gates to the fire exit, walk through the door and the next door you see exits directly onto Rosslyn Street, almost outside number 9.
