What is Naturopathy?
Naturopathy takes a holistic approach to healthcare that encompasses all aspects of a person’s health, including physical, psychological and spiritual health. Treatment modalities focus on herbal medicine, wholefood nutrition and nutritional supplementation.
What happens in a consultation?
A comprehensive case history will be taken exploring your presentation in the context of your life for example, your diet, your work, relationships, exercise and medications. In most cases, a maximum of 3 elements will form your prescription.
How much does it cost to see Sam?
Initial Consultation 1 – 1.5 hours $205
Review consultation 45 – 60 mins $120 Express consult 30 mins $70
Consultations are GST-exempt, however, all prescriptions incur GST. The clinic accepts Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, bank issued EFTPOS cards.
What is the cancellation policy?
To enable waitlisted patients to be notified, 48 hours notice is appreciated. Cancellation fees will be charged (50% consultation fee) for less than 24 hours notice.
What should I bring?
Please bring a list of current medications so potential herb/drug/nutrient contraindications can be investigated. If you have had recent blood work (3 months) or screening reports, please bring them along.
What parking is nearby?
Enter the shared driveway between Dermatology WA and Number 9 (blue wall) to find 3 dedicated bays at the rear of the building. Please only park in the bays allocated to 9 Rosslyn Street. There is also 2 hour free parking on Rosslyn Street. Railway Parade and Northwood Streets have metered parking. The underground carpark at West Leederville Shopping Centre has 2 hour free parking with a ticket. If you walk away from the elevator that takes you to the shopping centre towards the fire exit, it will take you directly to Rosslyn Street.
What public transport stops nearby?
West Leederville: West Leederville Train station on the Fremantle line is metres from our door. Bus routes 81 – 85 pass down Cambridge Street (see timetable 43) minutes walk to Rosslyn Street.
